Blurb for Rousing Caine:
Jason Rockham has lost faith in others and himself. He no longer trusts and doesn’t believe in love. When he escapes to his cliffside home in Northern California, he meets a ghost who is the antithesis of everything he’s come to believe about people. Caine Carruthers fell in love with the laugh of a man he didn’t know. After his unexpected death, he sought out the man and found him bitter and disillusioned with life. With love in his heart, Caine sets out to show Jason that life is worthwhile and love is possible. Two incomparable heroes – a man who has lost hope and a ghost who believes love conquers all, including death. This story will make you laugh and cry and most of all… believe.

“If you consider the love story, the novella is nice. What I’m not sure to like much is Jason’s character; I think he is a bit selfish… But well, as I always say, it’s better to have an imperfect man as hero than a perfect hero as man, imperfect men are more interesting and usually give better material for a story.”

“Love Me Dead is a collection of captivating ghost stories by three amazing authors. William Maltese illustrates the dangerous side of a hustler’s life interwoven with how psychic utilize candles. Lex Valentine delivers a distinctive and very steamy romance. AM Riley creates two touching tales with a dash of humor. Overall, each story integrates enticing plots which are well paced. The settings are ample and the characters are complete with emotional, as well as sexual, appeal. I thoroughly enjoyed Love Me Dead.”

“This group of ghostly and paranormal tales was an interesting mix of gay erotica. My opinion as a whole is that it was a very good read for this genre. I was drawn to Caine and Jason and their tale of love more than the others as it held my attention and tugged at the heart.”
